After an illustrious corporate journey spanning more than three decades, Sanjay Jha established Ascen10X with the mission to assist clients in achieving holistic growth at an accelerated pace. Prior to venturing out on his own, Sanjay held key positions as CHRO, Chief Ethics Counsellor, and Sr VP-Business Development OEM Relations at a Mahindra company. His extensive experience encompasses roles in operations, business development, sales, business excellence, and HR across metallurgical, chemicals, telecom, and automobile industries, predominantly with Tata and Mahindra Groups. Sanjay has hands-on expertise includes organizational diagnosis and leading transformative initiatives as the Corporate Quality Head of three Tata companies.

A metallurgical engineer with an MBA, Sanjay has received training in HR from XLRI, McKinsey and in general management from Michigan Ross and Mahindra Leadership University. He holds certifications as an ICF-PCC (International Coach Federation certified Professional Certified Coach), 6- Sigma Black Belt, certified professional in TQM & TPM, and certified user of psychometric tools – FIRO-B, OPQ, and Harrison Paradox.

Furthermore, Sanjay has actively contributed as a panellist and moderator in over 25 HR discussions organized by ETHRWorld, People Matters, and other platforms.
